  1. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For non-defective items, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, FADKT will cover reasonable return shipping costs when applicable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. FADKT is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

FADKT does not charge any restocking fees.

  1. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, washing, alteration, or intentional damage

Items showing signs of excessive wear

Items without sufficient proof of purchase

Items that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons, where applicable
