ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM (CT) will be processed on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

SHIPPING DESTINATION
We currently ship to the United States only.
At this time, FADKT does not offer shipping to countries or regions outside the United States.
If shipping is unavailable to your location, you may be notified during checkout, or our customer support team may contact you after your order is placed.

SHIPPING RATES
We currently offer the following shipping rates within the United States:
Free Shipping on orders over $70 USD
Flat Rate Shipping: $8.00 USD on orders under $70 USD
Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Estimated delivery time includes both order processing time and shipping time.

After your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking information may require 24–48 hours to become available.
Customers may track their shipment through the carrier’s official tracking website.
If you have not received tracking information within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our customer support team.

FADKT currently ships to the United States only.
For orders shipped within the United States, customers are responsible for any applicable sales tax, where required by law. Any applicable taxes will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
